1. No Returns or Refunds (Unless Damaged)

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer defect. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged Items

If your rim or wheel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We require clear photos of the damaged product, including packaging, to verify the damage. Once the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Note: Claims for damaged items will not be accepted after 48 hours from delivery.

3. Warranty Option

For added peace of mind, you may purchase a Warranty with your order. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If the product fails due to a manufacturer’s defect during the warranty period, we will replace the item or provide store credit. Warranty terms vary based on the manufacturer, so please refer to the specific warranty coverage when selecting.

4. Return Shipping for Damaged Items

If the item is damaged during shipping, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for a replacement or store credit.

5. Inspection Upon Arrival

We recommend inspecting your rims immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please report it to us within 48 hours. Claims for damaged items cannot be processed after the 48-hour window.

6. Order Cancellations

Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.
